Burwood Brickworks is hosting a series of FREE online classes for kids and adults including kids craft, family trivia, yoga, pilates and cooking classes in the aim to keep families engaged while being in lockdown.

See Make Play will be hosting interactive Kids Craft Sessions using items found around the home. Running every Saturday morning, each workshop will focus on a different project such as a rocket pack launcher or a unicorn marionette.

Yoga and Pilates studio Little Mandarin will also be running various classes each week including Kids Yoga classes every Sunday morning, Yoga and Meditation sessions on Sunday afternoons for mind and body strength, and Mat Pilates classes focusing on toning and lengthening the body every Thursday morning.

For something the whole family can enjoy, the talented quiz masters from Know Brainer Trivia will host a weekly Trivia on Tuesday evenings via the Burwood Brickworks Facebook page with live scoring and prizes up for grabs.

With more people cooking at home, acre farm & eatery at Burwood Brickworks will host two Live Interactive Cooking Masterclasses led by Chef PJ, Head Chef at acre’s signature farmhouse restaurant. Each masterclass will focus on a different dinner recipe with mussels with smoked tomato and chorizo as the dish for the first week.

Just for the kids, Burwood Brickworks has teamed up with local dance studio Kallista Dance Academy to host interactive Children’s Jazz Dance Classes every Saturday morning at 10 am with a fun new dance sequence each week.
