HOW TO BUY

We aim to make the buying of kids things easier for time-poor parents.

Communication

Ask the Seller any questions on the main listing page. Once an Item has Sold, only the first Buyer can communicate with the Seller. All other communication is paused. This is to encourage fair-trading between parents.

Buy an Item

Click on ‘Buy this Item’. The Seller is notified and will contact the Buyer to organize collection. The Seller’s email address is also in your ‘My Account > Buying’ page. Once an Item has Sold, the ‘Next in Line’ button will show. When all options to Buy the Item are filled a ‘Sold’ button will display.

Next in Line

Click the ‘Next in Line’ button to become the Next in Line Buyer. If the First Buyer changes their mind about buying the Item, then it will be passed onto you.

Collection

To provide a quick turnaround for both the Buyer and Seller, we recommend a 2-day collection time-frame. Always inspect the item before exchanging money.


 

HOW TO SELL

It’s FREE to post a standard listing and there are no fees when you make a Sale.

Communication

You’ll receive a ‘Congratulations’ email when your Item has Sold. Once an Item has Sold only the first Buyer can communicate with the Seller. All other communication is paused. This is to encourage fair-trading between parents.

Next in Line

If the first Buyer changes their mind about buying the Item or doesn’t collect the Item, then it can be passed onto the ‘Next in Line’ Buyer through your ‘My Account > Selling’ page.
