Snowfalls
Enjoy the enchanting sight as Sovereign Hill transforms into a snowy winter wonderland. Look up and witness the magic of faux snow gently falling, adding a touch of wonder to the atmosphere.

Brass Band
Get into the festive spirit with classic Christmas carols played by a traditional brass ensemble. Join the merry tunes from 4.40 pm to 5.30 pm on Main Street.

Arts & Craft
Unleash your creativity with a hands-on art and craft session inspired by the sights and sounds of Sovereign Hill. From 11 am to 6 pm at the Carver & Dalton Auction Rooms (map no.10), create your own keepsake to take home.

Theatre Performances
Experience the charm of live entertainment at the historic Victoria Theatre. From captivating magic shows to interactive tours with special effects, there’s something for everyone. Check showtimes at the Victoria Theatre foyer.

St Nicholas’ Grotto
Visit St Nicholas’ cozy winter hut at Sovereign Hill during Winter Wonderlights. Have your photo taken with St Nick and share your Christmas wish list. Open from 2 pm to 4 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm at the Parade Showground (map no.34).

Explore the Diggings after dark
Discover a different side of the diggings after sunset. Enjoy food by the fire as our soundscape transports you back to a typical night on the goldfields, complete with sing-a-longs and evening sounds. Join us from 5.30 pm to 7 pm at The Diggings (map no.8).

Fairylight Fun
Embark on a magical journey amidst twinkling fairy lights. Start from the top end of Main Street and wander through Speedwell Street and Brightview Gardens from 4.30 pm to 7 pm.

Shining Streetscapes
Watch Main Street come alive with vibrant projections and colours, accompanied by a musical score. Join us from 5.45 pm to 7 pm for a celebration of togetherness.
