Pick Your Own Cherries at CherryHill Orchards Annual Cherry-Picking Festival

CherryHill Orchards is getting ready for the annual Cherry-Picking Festival, inviting families to enjoy a day of cherry-picking at its two locations. The 100-acre Coldstream orchard will be open from 2 November 2024 to late December, and the 85-acre Wandin East orchard will welcome guests from 25 November 2024 to early January 2025.

On weekends, families can enjoy food trucks and live music, while the farmgate store will offer cherry ice cream and cherry cider. Grazing platters from Yarra Valley Dairy will also be available daily for those who want to picnic among the orchards.

CherryHill has partnered with local businesses to offer unique experiences, including the “Cherries and Cheese Daytrip” in partnership with Yarra Valley Dairy, which includes an hour of cherry-picking and a cheese tasting session. 

Guests can also pre-order picnic packs from Mary Eats Cake featuring quiches, cherry cupcakes, cheeses, and more or take part in the “Cherries Wine & Dine” experience with Rochford Wines, which features a two-course lunch and cherry-picking.
