The Winter Village is warming up Federation Square in Melbourne until the end of August 2019. The winter-themed village pop-up has family-friendly ice skating, food and drink stalls, artificial snowfall and cosy igloo-shaped private dining areas overlooking the city.

The Winter Village offers a winter wonderland ice skating experience. Children can enjoy a 45-minute single skate session or you can purchase a season pass and enjoy ice skating all winter long. The ice skating sessions are ideal for people of all ages and skill levels, there’s even a trusty seal skate for support if required.
Ice Skating Prices
Children 3-5 years – $13
Children 6-14 Years – $21
Adults – $26
Session passes – $108-$237
Children must be 2 years and up to ice skate. Children aged between 2-5 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the ice rink at all times. All children are required to wear a helmet on the ice.
Treat the family to a private Igloo and enjoy a selection of winter grazing boxes for lunch or dinner. Igloos are perfect for 2-8 guest. You can choose from the standard or premium food packages and children food packages are also available. Most bookings are for 2 hours but this time may vary.
If you choose not to book a private Igloo there is also The Winter Village dining in the Mega Igloo. There are no reservations in the Mega Igloo so first in first served.
