Australian Sand Sculpting Championships 2025 Returns to Frankston Foreshore
The Australian Sand Sculpting Championships 2025 is making a highly anticipated return to Frankston Foreshore. This must-see event, hosted by Sandstorm Events in partnership with Frankston City Council, will transform 300 tonnes of sand into breathtaking, larger-than-life sculptures. It will run from Saturday, 5 April, to Sunday, 27 April 2025.

This year’s theme, “The Villains of Storytime,” will bring Australia’s top sand sculptors together to carve intricate, life-sized creations inspired by literature’s most infamous characters. With the Australian Champion and Doubles Champions titles on the line, visitors can witness live sculpting as the foreshore is transformed into an extraordinary open-air sand gallery.
