Running for a limited season under a heated Big Top opposite Westfield Fountain Gate in Narre Warren, this immersive winter event transforms Melbourne’s south-east into a festive wonderland filled with interactive play zones, live shows, creative activities and plenty of photo opportunities designed especially for young children.

Inside the heated Big Top, families step into an immersive winter environment packed with entertainment zones created for children aged 10 years and under.

What does each ticket include?

General Admission includes entry plus access to all Frosted Zones including ice skating, crafts, ball pit and decorating activities. VIP tickets add priority entry, fast-pass access, a gift bag and food voucher.

Are activities included in the ticket price?

Yes. All main activities are included. Extra costs only apply to food, merchandise or optional side games.

Do children need tickets?

Everyone aged 3 years and over requires a ticket.

Is the event indoors?

Yes — the experience takes place under a heated Big Top, so it operates in all weather conditions.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Organisers have aimed to make the event as wheelchair friendly as possible.

Are prams allowed?

There is designated pram parking for safety reasons. Newborns may remain in prams.

What ages is FROSTED best for?

Activities are primarily suited to children 10 years and under.

How long is each session?

Sessions run for two hours, and guests can enter anytime during their allocated session but must exit at the end.

Is food available?

Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase onsite. Alcohol is not permitted.

What should we wear?

The Big Top is heated, but layering is recommended for Melbourne winter conditions.

There are two family passes (family pass is 4 tickets) to be won. The family pass can only be used for Saturday, 20 June, 6 pm session. The prize is non-transferable.
