If you have a dinosaur fan in the family, Jurassic Unearthed Live is set to be an unmissable event in Melbourne. From 28 March to 27 April 2025, life-sized animatronic dinosaurs will take over Caulfield Racecourse, bringing the Jurassic era to life with movement, sound, and interactive experiences.

This family-friendly event isn’t just about watching dinosaurs — it’s about stepping into their world. Walk through a prehistoric landscape where T-Rexes, Triceratops, and other towering creatures roar and move as if they have come back to life.
Beyond the dinosaur encounters, there’s plenty to keep the whole family entertained. Explore the Walk-through Exhibition featuring huge animatronic dinosaurs, bounce around on the Jumping Castles, and catch a live performance of Paw Patrol Live.
Take on the Jurassic Ninja Obstacle Course, try your hand at Egg Chipping and learn what it’s like to be a palaeontologist. Get creative with Learn to Draw a Dinosaur, Jurassic Biscuit Decorating, and Dinosaur Sand Art while digging for fossils in the sandpit.
Challenge yourself with Mini Golf and Carnival Games, then refuel at the food and drink stalls before heading back into the prehistoric action.

- General Admission – Entry to all event zones, either during the day or evening
