Wolfgang in the Stars by Circa

Blast off on an unforgettable intergalactic adventure as Wolfgang in the Stars arrives at the Frankston Arts Centre. Created by internationally acclaimed contemporary circus company Circa, this music-fuelled space romp combines circus, storytelling and imagination in a dazzling live performance for audiences of all ages.

Mozart Amadeus Wolfgang, part-time genius and full-time rat-bag, has a problem. He can’t finish his lullaby because the final notes of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star have mysteriously disappeared. Determined to find them, Wolfgang builds a rocket and launches into space alongside his loyal companion, a circus bear.

Together they tumble through galaxies filled with spinning asteroids, roaring space dinosaurs and cosmic chaos. But when a galactic glitch threatens to leave them stranded light-years from home, Wolfgang learns that friendship, creativity and a little stardust might be the key to finding the way back.

Blending acrobatics, puppetry, live video and music, Wolfgang in the Stars delivers a visually rich theatrical experience that celebrates imagination, resilience and the power of friendship. The production is designed to captivate children while offering humour and artistry that adults will enjoy just as much.
