Family fun at CherryHill Blossom Festival
CherryHill Orchards will welcome families to the stunning CherryHill Blossom Festival from 17 September – 2 October 2022. Wander through endless rows of gorgeous cherry blossoms, and enjoy delicious cherry ice cream, live music and activities for the whole family. This year’s festival offers additional experiences during the weekdays, including hands-on workshops, Posh Picnics and Ballooning.
Families can make the most of the school holidays with a variety of hands-on workshops. Create a flower crown with, Under the Ivy, using traditional floristry techniques among an abundance of flowers in the Flower Crown Workshop.
Learn about the importance of bees to the Australian eco-system and how they help our environment in the Busy Bees Workshop run by local bee expert Holly Hale.
Or learn the art of candle making. Create two of your own beautiful soy candles with a fragrance of your choice in the Candle Making Workshop.
The Posh Palais offers guests a unique picnic experience immersed in the blossoming cherry orchard. Guests can pre-book a Luxury Picnic Experience with a fully catered food and beverage package.
For the more romantically inclined, there is also an option to watch the sunrise in a hot air balloon over the Yarra Valley with Global Ballooning, followed by a relaxing morning amongst the blossoms.
The weekends will see the orchard filled with market stalls and the sounds of talented local musicians.
