Touring 14 locations across Victoria, this year’s show, Once Upon a Time, brings classic nursery rhymes to life in an interactive 40-minute performance. Families will join beloved Play School characters — Big Ted, Little Ted, Jemima, Humpty, and Kiya — alongside familiar presenters for a magical journey filled with songs like Little Miss Muffet, Incy Wincy Spider, and Heads and Shoulders

Will my child need their own ticket?
Yes, every child aged 12 months or older will require their own ticket. Children under 12 months can attend for free but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.

How much are the tickets to see Play School Live?
Tickets are $30 each, plus a booking fee.

What time should I arrive?
It is recommend to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert begins to allow time for check-in and finding your seat. Doors will generally open 15 minutes prior to the performance.

How long is the show?
The performance runs for approximately 40 minutes, making it the perfect length to keep young children entertained.

Can I bring food or drinks?
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the performance area. However, many venues have food and drink options available for purchase in designated areas.

Is the show suitable for all ages?
Yes, the concert is designed for young children, but it’s a fun experience for the whole family. It’s especially recommended for children aged 2 to 6 years.

Are the venues accessible?
Most venues are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the venue directly to ensure they can accommodate your needs.

What if I’m running late?
Late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, but this is at the discretion of the venue staff. We recommend arriving early to avoid any disruption.

What should I bring?
Bring your tickets (digital or printed) and any essentials for your child, such as water or small snacks to enjoy before or after the show.

The winner will be notified by email and must claim their prize within 48 hours. Any prizes not claimed within 48 hours may be reallocated to another winner. Open to Australian Residents only. You must be aged 18 years or over to enter. Those who add their details on the above form and press submit by midnight Sunday 23 February 2025, will be entered into the competition. There is one family pass (4 tickets) to be won. The winner may use the family pass at one show at any Victorian performance besides Warragul and Caulfield as they are sold out. Please note that shows may sell out prior to the competition finishing. The prize is non-transferable. In the event that Kiddiehood postpones or varies the competition prize, Kiddiehood will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the competition. While Kiddiehood takes care to ensure all information relating to the Competition is correct, it does not warrant the accuracy of all information provided and will not be liable for any inaccuracy or error.
