Winter Wonderlights returns to Sovereign Hill 2022
Sovereign Hill will come to life this winter with the spectacular Winter Wonderlights. Families can enjoy a stunning display of colourful and vibrant light shows, theatre performances, kid’s activities and an abundance of family-friendly entertainment.
Winter Wonderlights will run from 25 June 2022 to 17 July 2022.

It is a magical time to visit Sovereign Hill, the main street is lined with Christmas trees and festive decorations. Families can enjoy live theatre performances, activities for the kids, enchanting artificial snow and the fabulous Sovereign Hill lolly shop where you can indulge in toffee or boiled lollies.
Goldfield activities and demonstrations can easily entertain the family for the day, gold panning, coach rides, candlestick dipping, bowling, sweet making, mine tours and watching gold being poured to name a few.
When the sun sets, the main street is transformed into a vibrant wonderland, with faux snowfalls, changing crisp vibrant projections illuminating the buildings to a backdrop of coordinated music and story.
Speedwell Street has kilometres of enchanting twinkling fairy lights lining the street. It really is beautiful.
